    Disgusting, very dirty, a disappointment, terrible. Do not stay here; it’s a waste of your money !!!

    There was nothing to love about it; it was a complete disappointment and a disgusting place!

    1)The hosts, Federico and Eliza, listed the check-in time as 3:00 PM on Booking.com. Despite informing them that I would arrive at 6:00 PM, they kept calling me and leaving multiple messages asking, "When are you coming?" Even though I arrived at the time I mentioned, they didn’t bother to clean the house!! 2)Although the reservation was for three people, the third bed was not ready and was broken. Even though they said they would fix it, they didn’t! 3)The worst part was that the boiler wasn’t working, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning either. The host, Federico, said he would have it repaired, but he didn’t do anything. We froze all night. Thanks to him, both my nephew and I got sick.!! 4)The flus in the bathroom was broken and kept running water all night !! 5)The insulation of the house is also very poor;all the outside noise can be heard inside. in addition;How can this property have a 9.3 rating on Booking?? I chose it because of the high rating, but it was a huge mistake and a big disappointment !!

    Perfect apartment for reasonable money - great value!

    Location is perfect, not a busy street, but you get to heart of busy market in a minute, right in the middle of everything. Nice, clean, high ceilings, a lot of room and two well working ACs. Very much recommended!

    It’s more like a suggestion, and not “what I didn’t like about the property”. Since ceilings are very high, the shower at top was a bit too high, which resulted in splashing water to the floor. The solution would be to lower the shower head and install curtains - a very small thing :)

    Very nice spacious place in an excellent location.

    Great location, easy to walk to many places.

    They need to work a bit on the sound insolation but the street is very quite so not a real issue
