    - Sofá-cama desconfortável, com uma depressão acentuada no centro. - Check-in entre as 15:00 e as 20:00. Após as 20:00 é cobrada uma taxa adicional de €25,00 e, após as 23:00, de €40,00. - Contratámos o serviço de transfer disponibilizado pelo alojamento. O transporte do Aeroporto de Fiumicino até ao alojamento, para 4 pessoas, custou € 100,00. - Chegámos ao alojamento às 20:28h. Apesar de termos contratado o serviço de transfer através da iFlat, foi-nos cobrada uma taxa adicional de € 25,00 por chegarmos 28 minutos após as 20:00h. Sendo que, a pedido da Iflat, avisámos quando aterramos e quando estavámos a chegar ao apartamento para que o Emanuel fosse fazer o check-in e abrir a porta - O pagamento teve de ser efetuado em dinheiro, não sendo aceite cartão, e não nos foi entregue qualquer recibo. - Apartamento situado no segundo andar, com elevador mas apenas para utilização dos apartamentos que não estão afetos a alojamento. Existem 52 degraus entre a entrada do prédio e a porta do apartamento.
