    판테온과 트레비분수 가기 좋았어요.

    위치가 판테온과 트레비분수와 가까워서 이동이 좋았음. 숙박공간이 넓어서 쾌적한 느낌, 에어컨이 잘 되서 더운여름 시원했음. 일회용 수세미와 세제 제공해줘서 좋았음.

    부디 개선 될 수 있기를 바랍니다. 1.세탁기 더러움. 세탁기이용하려고 에어비앤비를 선택했는데 도저히 쓸 수 없었음. 2.여름이라 얼음 얼려서 가지고 다니려했는데 냉동실에 성에가 단단히 오랜시간 껴있어서 냉동실 서랍문이 안열림. 맨아래칸만 열려서 사용햇는데 얼음이 만들어지지않음. 3.최악의 경험은, 3개의 문을 통과해야지 집에 들어갈수있는데 2번째 중간문이 문제였음. 아무리 열쇠를 돌려도 열리지않아서 손가락에 물집이 잡힘. 더운여름 매번 10분을 문열기위해 노력해야했음. 수백번 돌리다 보면 어느순간 찰칵하고 문이 열림. 그 건물 현지 거주자들이 어떻게 이용하는지 이해가 안될정도였음. 매번 집을 나설때마다 이 2번째 문이 또 안열리면 어쩌지 하고 걱정해야했음. 왓츠앱으로 호스트에게 도움을 요청했을때 호스트는 적극적이고 친절했으나 그의 대안은 건물 다른 입주자들에게 문열어달라고 호출하라는건데 관광객입장에서 당황스러움. 문 좀 고치세요. 4. 토스트기, 커피포트가 있지만 과연 누가 사용할수 있을까요.관리가 필요해요.

    Could have been better

    I liked the location of the property and its space. It was a beautiful apartment

    I didn’t like the fact that the staff was not very helpful. We had an issue with the water and we couldn’t shower properly as the water was not regulated and it was either too cold or too hot. When we asked for help they said they were going to send someone to fix it but there was no update whatsoever. Also they don’t offer storage so we had to pay an extra 40 euros to a nearby storing facility. Also we were charged 40 euros for arriving late.
