  It has some pros and cons.

  Close proximity to Spanish steps- the heart of Rome.

  The beginning of the stay. My family comprised of my wife and three children, and myself had to wait for more than one hour to get the keys for the apartment despite updating the landlord about our arrival time. It was unbearable and acceptable behavior. On the check out day we had to remove our rubbish to some site despite the fact that there were sure bins at ground floor. We weren’t offered to use them.

  Decepcionante!

  Su buena ubicación y cómodos dormitorios y comedor.

  El receptáculo del baño muy pequeño. El otro baño directamente no tiene siquiera ducha. Además nos avisaron vía mensaje que debíamos efectuar baños “cortos”. Este baño estaba recién pintado y la pintura caía tapando el desagote que debíamos limpiar a cada rato. Durante nuestra estancia y estando a una hora de Roma el anfitrión nos avisó que debíamos abandonar el depto. por una filtración en el baño que perjudicaba a un restaurante debajo. Nos dieron uno alternativo frente a Campo de Fiori (peor ubicación) mucho más chico (éramos 4 personas), casi mitad de superficie cubierta que el contratado. Debimos pagarnos un Uber para la “mudanza” con el compromiso de sernos reintegrado dicho pago contra entrega de recibo. Aún estamos esperando tal devolución! Todo muy traumático evidenciando una gran desorganización por parte del anfitrión. Puso en alquiler un depto. que no estaba en condiciones, generándonos un problema impensado en medio de nuestras vacaciones. Obviamente no lo recomiendo. Y sigo esperando la devolución de los 27 Euros.

  Muy buena , lástima la falta de wifi y conectividad

  La propiedad es amplia y está muy bien equipada , las camas son muy cómodas , el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien

  Lamentablemente el wifi no funciona. Nunca funcionó y no hay señal de celular para tener como opción la utilización de los datos Creo que deberían avisar esto a los huéspedes para que tengan la opción de no alquilar si necesitan d e forma imprescindible tener conexión Me comuniqué muchas veces y no me resolvieron el problema

  For location it was very good, but fell short on internet/TV and loud noise.

  The location was excellent, the host met us and provided the keys and access. The host /Booking.com arranged transportation from the cruise terminal and afterwards to the airport. Very easy and friendly.

  We had a family of 6, 2 of them were kids and they wanted to use the internet & TV. The internet service was not very stable, and therefore the TV's were unusable as they kept searching for a signal. The restaurant directly below started playing loud music at about 10:00pm and went on till after mid-night. On Monday night there was some of disturbance with a lot of yelling and shouting. People gathered on the street and the manager at the hotel came out as well. It ended shortly after mid-night. This impacted our stay as we and the kids couldn't sleep.
