Sofá cama horrible / buena ubicación
Ubicación excelente
Muy pequeño para el precio elevado. La ventana del salón no tiene cortina, hay un foco justo afuera, la luz brillante y fuerte entra por la ventana y deslumbraba para dormir. El sofá cama es nefasto, por el precio del apartamento es una vergüenza que pongan un sofá cama en condiciones tan pésimas, veo que hace más de un año que hay quejas de otros huéspedes sobre el sofá. Mi hija tenía dolor de espalda después del primer día, tuvimos que poner el colchón directamente en el suelo para poder dormir. Además el sofá estaba muy muy sucio.

Bom para um casal ou para uma pessoa.
Localização muito boa, e ar condicionado muito bom.
Um dos quartos não tinha cortina e nem persiana na janela, devido a esta falta, ficou bem desconfortável pois as 6:00 am o sol invadia o quarto e não tínhamos nenhuma privacidade, pois o apartamento da frente tinha uma janela na mesma direção. O banheiro tem problema na descarga, muito difícil para funcionar. O sofá cama era muito desconfortável.

Très bon emplacement, superbe quartier, propreté à améliorer
Emplacement excellent, le quartier de Monti est très agréable, avec de belles boutiques, de bons restaurants, et un accès à de nombreux musées à proximité. Il est à noter un très bon accueil de Pasquale qui a nous a remis les clefs et nous a donné d'excellents conseils.
Forte odeur de canalisation à notre arrivée, que nous avons résolu nous même avec l'achat d'un détergent... Propreté des toilettes laissant à désirer à notre arrivée. Pas de place dans les placards car remplis de draps de rechange. Douche assez curieusement disposée. Dommage, car avec un peu d'investissement cet appartement serait une "pépite".
