  Avoid! Dismissive host

  Location

  Our experience with this host deeply disappointed us and cast a significant shadow over what should have been a wonderful time in Rome. When we arrived, the man hurriedly handed over the keys without taking time to explain how to use the apartment's amenities. That evening, upon returning from our walk, we discovered we couldn't locate the air conditioner remote controls, and we noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. We reached out to the host around 19:20, but he didn't respond until I called him at approximately 21:00. While someone was eventually sent to assist us, they were unable to get the air conditioners in two of the bedrooms working. We were forced to open the windows for ventilation, but the loud traffic noise from outside made it impossible for us to sleep. The following day, we needed to arrange a time for repairs. We were very clear that we did not want anyone entering while we were away. Nevertheless, a maintenance person arrived, rang the bell, and unlocked the door using an emergency key. Fortunately, we were still in the apartment and immediately asked him to leave. Had we been out, he would have entered without our permission—a clear violation of our privacy and an unwelcome intrusion. We then attempted to schedule another appointment. Our only available time was 18:30 due to our packed sightseeing itinerary, but they refused because their working hours ended at 18:00. Their inflexibility and lack of consideration for our situation was truly frustrating. Throughout your entire five-day stay, we had to cope with the persistent toilet odor and the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. But the host showed little concern about our well-being. I requested a full refund for our stay, but the host ignored my email and never responded. We cannot recommend this apartment or any other properties managed by iFlat Roma S.r.l.

  Dobra lokalizacja jako punkt startowy do zwiedzania miasta, blisko stacja metra. Spokojna okolica. Bezpośrednio przed drzwiami kamienicy posterunek wojska/ ochrony. Sam apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny.

  Solo un juego de llaves conectada al sistema de luz del departamento, si salías con la llave el depto quedaba sin electricidad, éramos cuatro adultos, con solo un juego de llave, pedimos otro y no tuvimos respuesta
