Great location and very spacious
Very spacious apartment and comfortable in a great part of Rome. Bus stop across the road to get around Rome, with most famous monuments within walking distance. Vatican is a 5min walk. Great restaurants etc nearby also. A washing machine was handy also for our travels and 2 bathrooms which was ideal for a family.
The street is noisy and can be heard in the apartment even though it's on the fifth floor. Also we noticed the bed slat was broken as it fell off as soon as my husband sat on the bed. This was mentioned in other reviews so hasn't been fixed. A few minor repairs required and this could be resolved.

PISO CÉNTRICO GRANDES HABITACIONES - 5º PISO SIN ASCENSOR
Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y los espacios del apartamento. El detalle de café o cosas básicas estuvo muy bien como bienvenida. La entrega de llaves fue rápida.
Aunque ya sabíamos que se tratraba de un quinto piso la verdad es que para depende de qué personas puede resultar no ser cómodo. El estado en general es bueno aunque necesita una limpieza a fondo (había mucho polvo bajo las camas y sobre los armarios), la funda del sofá necesita un buen lavado y los colchones de las camas una renovación, así como la estructura de las camas que estaban rotas

Apartment near the city center, on the seventh floor with no elevator, and beds that are not very comfortable.
The location was good, close to the Vatican.
The quality of the beds was poor — the bed slats kept falling off every half hour, so there was nothing to properly support the mattress. The apartment is on the seventh floor with no elevator, which they forgot to mention when booking, so it was a bit misleading. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen.
