    The location is fantastic and well within walking distance to iconic sights like the Colosseum, making exploring Rome so convenient. A special thank you to Lorenzo who greeted us on our first day, he was so warm and welcoming! We were especially grateful that he allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived early, which let us start enjoying our trip right away without hassle. The check-in and check-out process was completely seamless and clear. The kitchen was also great for preparing meals, fully equipped with a wide and extensive selection of cooking utensils. Excellent hospitality, great location, and a very comfortable base for a trip!

    We had a pleasant stay overall, though the property could really benefit from a bit of maintenance and refreshing to make it extra comfortable for future guests. A few small things we noticed: Upstairs: The bathroom needs a little attention—one of the dual-flush buttons on the toilet wasn't working, the shower head was stuck on a dual setting (overhead and handheld at the same time), and we noticed silverfish in the bathroom. The rugs could also use a deep clean. Downstairs: The shower layout without a solid door meant water splashed out past the curtain quite easily, so we had to wipe up the floor after each shower to keep it dry. Patio/Garden: The outdoor patio area was a bit dusty and could use a quick sweep before guest arrival.
