    The breakfast was excellent as was the staff’s positive attitude and communication. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially given its great location within easy walking distance to most of the major sites

    Ótima localização

    A localização era perfeita. Fica a poucos passos da rua principal, o que facilita a circulação, a ida aos restaurantes etc.

    Não dá para reclamar, pois sabíamos que as construções são adaptadas às modernidades, mas para chegar aos quartos tivemos que subir muitas escadas.

    Enjoyed the stay. Convenient, friendly staff helpful.

    Very quiet in the room. Spacious room. Good mattress

    Promised early check in but was not available when we arrived. No wash cloths. Large tub step in not easy to navigate. No night light or dimmer in bathroom. Too few outlets for charging devices.

    Location was wonderful!! Easy walking around the heart of Florence.

    The bathroom lighting was low.
