Hotel looks nice for a photo shoot, but quality of service is low.
The facility itself is quite nice and well constructed and stylish, with a nice indoor/outdoor dining area and a nice pool area that works fairly well for lap swimming and has neat lion statues spouting water for fountains and outdoor showers.
The facility is not well maintained. The carpets in the hallways are dirty/ugly. The spa, including showers is dirty and the jacuzzi is cold. The staff are superficially friendly and don't seem to genuinely care about what kind of service they are providing, as evidenced by their lack of response to concerns expressed. The breakfast buffet had nice Indonesian food that was all cold and staff couldn't care less that it was.

Duschen var lite konstig byggt. Det blev vattenpöl i duschen efter man har duschat. Måste sparka ner vattnet i dusch brunnen

Hotel jest bardzo wygodny, oferuje smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania (batdzo doceniliśmy śniadanie przygotowane na zamówienie, gdy jeździliśmy na wycieczki w nocy czy też rano). Hotel oferuje dużo atrakcji w strefie SPA (niektóre w cenie]. Lokalizacja jest niezła, w okolicy jest kilka smacznych restauracji
Okno są bardzo słabo wyciszone, to może przeszkadzać w spaniu
