Wundervoll!
Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir von unserem eigentlichen Vermieter am Tag der Anreise eine Absage wegen andauernder Malerarbeiten erhalten hatten. Das war kein Problem für Ikigai Leisure Properties, wir konnten innerhalb von einer Stunde das Apartment beziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hell und hat zwei kleine Balkone und eine Dachterrasse. Über die Küchenausstattung können wir nichts berichten, wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Sehr nah zum Strand gelegen und direkt gegenüber vom modernen Rathaus. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Die steile, schmale Treppe zum Apartment könnte für manche Personen Schwierigkeiten bereiten. Für uns war sie kein Problem.

Apartament świetnie położony. Krok od starego miasta i 5 minut od morza.
Wystrój wnętrza. Czystość. Wszystkie sprzęty nowe i sprawne. Taras na dachu. Na razie trwa budowa parkingu podziemnego więc widok z tarasu na budowę ale jak skończą to będzie ładny widok na dachy starówki i bulwary. Wszędzie blisko.
Strome i wąskie schody na piętro. Dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami to może być problem. Dla nas nie był.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na pobyt w Esteponie
Mieszkanie było czyste, rewelacyjnie wyposażone, czuliśmy się jak w domu, niczego nie brakowało. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do morza oraz klimatycznych uliczek. Na przeciwko znajduje się również podziemny płatny parking, co było bardzo wygodne. Taras na dachu jest również bardzo dużym atutem.
Jedyna rzecz, która wzbudziła w nas dyskomfort, to urządzenia w salonie i korytarzu, które wyglądały jak kamery - prawdopodobnie był to element alarmu, jednak to, że nie wiedzieliśmy czy ktoś może zrobić zdalnie jakieś zdjęcia czy nas podejrzeć w trakcie pobytu było niekomfortowe. Zasłoniliśmy te urządzenia i rozwiązało to sprawę

Doskonale wyposażony apartament na styku starego miasta. 5 minut od plaży i do 15 minut piechotą od wszystkich najważniejszych punktów Estepony. Piękny taras na dachu, balkony, stylowe wnętrze i absolutnie kompletne wyposażenie. Mieliśmy cudowny czas w Esteponie i ten apartament się do tego w znacznej części przyczynił. Dziękujemy!
