The free shuttle departs from Seibu Chichibu Train Station at 15:00 and from Minano Train Station at 15:25, daily. Guests must make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle leaves the hotel to the stations at 10:00 daily. At time of booking, you must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. ゆっくり休養が取れました
雨が降ったりやんだりと生憎の天気でしたが、その中で晴れ間が見えた時のロケーションがとても綺麗で感動しました。お部屋も綺麗ですしスタッフの方とのコミュニケーションもとても良かったです。また泊まりたいです。
夕食が出ると勘違いをしてしまい出なかったことが残念な事でした。レストランも団体の方が来るとのことで休業になつておりました。レストランの休業もホテルに着いてから分かったので前もって知っていたらなと...

最後の最後で気分を害した。
温泉も料理も満足
チェックアウト時に対応したスタッフの男性（支配人かも？）が最悪。態度がでかく言葉遣いも横柄で、不愉快このうえなかった。あれは即刻かえるべき。

We felt welcomed and enjoyed the Minoyama mountain views, hot spring and delicious food!
Located high on Mt. Minoyama with stunning views everywhere. Ikoi no Mura Heritage is friendly and very comfortable. After taking hot spring, then to dinner where they serve delicious Japanese meals.
