Все дуже сподобалось:від зустрічі нас особистим консьержем Gvantsa на рецепції,яка нас супроводжувала весь наш чудовий відпочинок в готелі,до нашого відʼїзду з готелю в аєропорт.Вона дуже відповідально відноситься до своїх обовʼязків,та створює дуже високу оцінку відпочинку в готелі.Ми дуже дякуємо керівнитству готелю за підбір такого персоналу.
Недоліків ми не побачили.

Beautiful sea, moderate organisation for the price.
Good sea. Good environment. Service staff are friendly.
Shutting the umbrellas when there wasnt wind and not answering for restaurant reservations for 5 hours is not nice. The picture of the beach on booking.com and website should be changed because it is *misleading. They show one row of sunbeds on pictures but in fact there are 2 on the adult beach and 3 on the other side. So we requested our rooms to be near the adult beach but unfortunately the hotel was full. Calling the hotel after making reservation is very difficult. We had to wait at least one hour to be answered. We had a privite garden in our room but suddenly gardeners entered at 10:00 am when we were sleeping without any notice. Overall organisation could be better for the price. If the price were lower we wouldnt mind these but for the price you expect exceptional organisation.
