    Great location but pathetic service..their 24 hrs helpdest / QR code facility just dont work

    Good location, rooms are clean, comfortable bed

    Pathetic service, no co ordination between staff and reception, no in-room dining facility, the corridors are a bit stinky...the QR code provided in the room for 24 hrs help doesnt work at all but still the reception guy keeps on telling to send msges via that only....food service is pathetic..beyond imagination...
