    Il Balconcino su Spello is a great choice when staying in the Spello area

    Il Balconcino su Spello was perfect for our stay in Spello. The host met us when we arrived and showed us where everything in the apartment was located. The apartment is older, but everything was in great working condition. It is very spacious and the balcony has an excellent view of Spello. We found the bed comfortable and the area was quiet. It's located right outside the city walls so it takes only minutes to be in Spello. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Spello. We recommend this apartment when visiting the area.

    Very spacious apartment with free parking just across the road from Spello's city wallall

    Adjacent free carparking excellent as was being located on the flat just across the road from the towns wall. Lovely balcony looking to the town

    There are 3 flights of marble stairs up to the apartnent which may be hard if older or with luggage. The bathroom is a little small with an awkward step , not uncommon in an older-style European apartnent
