  Beautiful views, clean, homey apartment. Great Host.

  Beautiful view. Nice comfortable apartment with a wonderful outside seating area with stunning views.

  Its a hike up to the church and then a few flights of stairs from there. If you are mobility challenged it would be an issue. We were fine. Church bells outside the window run from roughly 7am to 8:30pm. Don't expect to sleep during those hours. lol. I would suggest maybe frosting or putting some sort of vinyl sticker on the glass door in the hallway.

  Our favorite and most relaxing part of our trip

  Giovaninni was a wonderful host. He met us just past the gate and escorted us to his apartment, showed us how everything worked, and recommended restaurants. The view from the balcony is to die for. We watched an amazing sunset from there! Both train and ferry easy to navigate.

  The walk with luggage from the parking is a bit rough. Would be great to provide info on taxi's or other options to transport the luggage down and up.

  Charming Manarola Apartment with Beautiful Balcony offering Stunning ocean and Manarola village view

  MANAROLA We Love You! Our host Giovanni took the time and trouble to meet us personally and show us how to get to the apartment and how everything inside operated. He was a SUPER HOST! The apartment was large, full kitchen, large bathroom, nice bedroom and air conditioning worked very well as we were there during a heat wave. The apartment is at the top of Manarola - see photo. It is next to the town church and the views are breathtaking!!! You hear the church bells and bonus - you have ocean views and wine terrace views. This made it very hard to leave the large balcony ( there is a large umbrella to provide shade) and we enjoyed aperitivo on our large balcony for 3 nights. Oh the stars!!!! You have a long sweaty walk from the town to your apartment but it was so satisfying to make that hike after eating amazing food and drinking plenty of wine. The focaccia restaurant Giovanni recommended was lovely and the boat operator he recommended was TOP NOTCH. Just book it!

  The heat wave was tough but the apartment’s air conditioning was perfection. We loved everything. Manarola was a great base to explore Cinque Terre. Pushing our roller bags up the hill to our room was challenging but the REWARD far outweighed the temporary struggle. We are in our late 50s, relatively fit, and was able to make the walk up and down easily. If you plan to visit the region, you will face hills and steps everywhere. Again, the rewards are worth it!

  Exceptional apartment, stunning views and so close to everything.

  Beautiful modern apartment , great location with superb mountain and sea views. It was equipped with everything we needed.

  Lovely Apartment with Amazing View!

  We loved EVERYTHING here!! We've stayed in over 20 places throughout Europe, and this apartment made top of the list. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He cares about his guests and their comfort, and you can tell. He goes above and beyond with little touches and conveniences in his apartment making your stay extra special..Well stocked kitchen, convenient places to store your luggage and clothes, fastididiously clean and his response time is super fast. We took a chance on Manarola, not really knowing which town was best and we scored big!! Best of all the towns and this apartment is situated perfectly, a 10 min walk to everything but yet quiet and out od the way. Oh and the VIEW!!! spectacular! Thank you Giovanni, this was the highlight of our Europe 2026!
