Servizi da campeggio, velleità da agriturismo
I dintorni sono molto belli, soprattutto in autunno
Il nostro soggiorno ha presentato diverse criticità oggettive, documentate dalle foto allegate: - Igiene e pulizia all'arrivo: L'alloggio presentava un livello di pulizia non idoneo. Abbiamo trovato residui fecali sotto la tavoletta del WC (che abbiamo dovuto igienizzare personalmente dopo aver acquistato appositi detergenti), notevole accumulo di polvere negli ambienti e una cucina non sanificata adeguatamente. - Comunicazione sulla biancheria: Solo il giorno prima del check-in ci è stato comunicato che la biancheria da letto e da bagno non era inclusa nella tariffa (oltre 150 € a notte), costringendoci a pagarla a parte o a provvedere autonomamente. - Problemi strutturali e infiltrazioni: L’ultima sera l’host ci ha inviato un messaggio chiedendoci di asciugare il pavimento del bagno a causa di infiltrazioni che raggiungevano l’unità sottostante durante l’uso della doccia. È presente inoltre una visibile e diffusa formazione di muffa nella zona perimetrale esterna alla doccia. - Comfort: Il materasso era eccessivamente sottile, poggiato direttamente su assi di legno. Considerata la tariffa richiesta, ci aspettavamo standard professionali di pulizia, manutenzione e trasparenza preventiva nei costi/servizi, elementi che nel nostro soggiorno sono mancati.

Posizione perfetta per bellissimo Trek su al Cimone
Dopo aver pagato una bella tariffa per una notte con la famiglia, mi aspetterei sia la colazione che la biancheria inclusa invece sono 10€ a testa per avere gli asciugamani e le lenzuola, più altri 10€ a testa per la colazione, quindi altri 80€ su una notte sola. Diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è proprio il massimo

We came to race the World Hard Enduro Series, and the resort was so amazing and accommodating.
The resturant was amazing, the staff were very accommodating for my riders needs who came to Abetone to race the Hard Enduro World Series Danille the manager was amazing even with her broken English.
Nothing, they were amazing.
