  The kitchen is huge, easily the best part of the flat. There was plenty of space to cook, and it would suit a group or family. The location is also excellent. It’s right in the city, so shops, restaurants and sights are all close by and we barely needed transport.

  I wish I could give zero stars. We rented this flat for a holiday and it was a huge disappointment from the moment we walked in. The bedroom and living room are both on the ground floor and get almost no natural light. Even in the middle of the day we had to keep the lights on. It felt dark, gloomy and closed in, which is the opposite of what you want on a holiday. The flat was very smelly. There was a damp, stale odour in every room that never went away, even with the windows open. The smell clung to our clothes and bags, and we were glad to get out each morning. This was the worst part. The windows and the front door are old and in poor condition, with no real insulation at all. We barely slept during the whole stay. You can hear everything that happens outside: cars driving past, doors slamming, and people talking and laughing in the street late into the night. It felt like we were sleeping on the pavement. Every conversation outside sounded as if it was in the room with us. The listing photos and description made it look much nicer than it really is. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable, restful place, and what we got was a dark, smelly flat where a good night’s sleep is impossible. We came home more tired than when we left. Would not recommend. If you value sleep, fresh air and natural light, look elsewhere.

  Příjemné a prostorné ubytování za dobrou cenu.

  Velice prostorné, pohodlné postele, vybavená kuchyň, v lednici připravená nachlazená voda a k dispozici kapsle na kávu a olivový olej. Výborná bábovka od paní majitelky.

  La casa è comoda e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di una famiglia di 4 persone...la Signora Rita è molto disponibile, la posizione è abbastanza vicina al centro di Ortigia e poi soprattutto c'è il parcheggio gratuito.

  Bella casa-vacanze

  Bell'appartamento, molto comodo. A 15 minuti da Ortigia e dalle sue spiagge, a 2 passi dalla prima spiaggetta, allo sbarcadero. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.
