Great location but disappointing facilities
The location was excellent and the apartment is within a grand and historic building.
There was an issue with the lockbox for getting into the apartment - which the agent sorted out fairly swiftly but not what you want when arriving late. The apartment had also not been cleaned. Again the agent sorted it out while we went out for dinner but not the best arrival. I did not realise the kitchenette was shared (my fault) which was OK as the other guests were very friendly. However I was not impressed by the lack of 'glass' wine glasses - there was only plastic. There also was no sharp knife.

Stunning location, great communication for a comfortable stay.
Ideal location in the heart of Verona a few steps away from Juliet’s courtyard and balcony. Beautiful traditional Italian building with secure access. Good sized bedroom and large en-suite. Shared kitchen facilities (with only 2 other apartments) with complimentary coffee machine. Great communication from Frederico throughout our stay. Nice to be able to leave our suitcases after checkout for a short period of time to make the most of Verona.
