Tutto era pulito ed ordinato
Dalla strada sottostante purtroppo si sentono molti rumori, nonostante il doppio vetro. Il fatto che in questa città tutti suonino continuamente il clacson non aiuta.

No creo que haya nada mejor en todo Napoles // Best Place to Stay in Naples
La Ubicación es increible. No creo que se pueda encontrar nada mejor. Cerca del Funicular, cerca del L1 del metro. Creo que es increíble. The location is amazing. I honestly don't think you could find anything better. It's close to the funicular and also very close to Metro Line 1. I really think it's a fantastic spot.
El servicio (baño) está fuera de la habitación. Es un poco compliado levantarse a las 05:00 coger la llave del baño, ir al baño, abrir... cerrar baño cerrar habitación. The bathroom is outside the room. It's a bit inconvenient having to get up at 5:00 a.m., grab the bathroom key, go to the bathroom, unlock it, then lock it again afterwards, and finally lock the room as well. It may sound like a small thing, but when you're half asleep that early in the morning, it becomes quite a hassle.

La ubicación
El pesimo servicio de entrega de las instrucciones para ingresar al edificio, y luego al departamento. Nuestro avion se retrasó y llegamos a las 3.30 am; con solo instrucciones escritas en un mensaje, SIN un video o fotografias que nos ayudaran a comprender lo complicado del sistema de ingreso (nos lo mandaron al dia siguiente cuando reclamamos, no el dia anterior) Siendo una estructura que recibe gente de todo el mundo estos pasos deben ser OBLIGATORIOS. Tuvimos que adivinar dónde se encontraba la llave del cuarto una vez que pudimos ingresar al edificio. Fue la situación más incómoda en una ciudad que no conociamos, donde no hablamos el idioma, donde no había nadie en la calle para preguntar (obviamente por la hora). En tiempos tan modernos, lo mínimo que esperabamos era Instrucciones claras, respuestas rápidas y los mínimos detalles para que uno se sienta bien recibido, sea la hora que sea que se ingresa. El WiFi en la habitacion no funcionaba, y al pedido de la password correcta se nos mando mensaje con la frase "intentaron con xxxxxxxxxx"; como si fuera una adivinanza dar con la password correcta. Bastaba dejar en el cuarto un papel con la contraseña y listo, o el mínimo sindical que sería un "disculpe, esta es la password correcta ...". Sin palabras. ¿qué clase de servicio responde de ese modo a un huesped?
