    A peaceful place in a beautiful setting, but the insect problem is something to be aware of

    The property was clean inside, very quiet, and surrounded by a lovely setting. The access road is beautiful, with olive trees on both sides. There are also two cute geese, although they are not very approachable. There is no cleaning service during the stay and towels and bed linen are not changed, but the washing machine is functional and useful.

    The main issue during our stay was the large number of insects around the property (mosquitoes, spiders, bees and cockroaches). Some also got inside, and even after the host provided traps and gel, which we really appreciated, we still found a few cockroaches in the house. The pool area was also sometimes difficult to enjoy because of the insects. Regular pest control would probably make a big difference. We’re mentioning this not as negative feedback, but as a heads-up for future guests, especially anyone with a strong fear of insects. One of our friends staying with us, for example, has a phobia of insects and was not comfortable during the stat. We understand the property is in the countryside and surrounded by nature, where insects are naturally part of the environment, but we feel it’s worth mentioning so guests know what to expect.

    LOCATION TRANQUILLA E ABBASTANZA ECONOMICA VICINA AL MARE DELLA VERSILIA

    Comoda location per raggiungere la Versilia e le spiagge. Gli appartamenti hanno un arredo rustico, ma sono dotati di un bel giardino e patio, la zona esterna è molto confortevole. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Buona la pulizia

    Gli appartamenti sono divisi in due fabbricati distinti, può non essere comodo in gruppo perché a noi hanno diviso in due fabbricati differenti. L esterno di alcuni appartamenti confina con i vicini, e manca privacy. Non ho trovato sempre semplice la comunicazione con il proprietario.

    Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt.

    Schöne Lage auf dem Land, angenehm ruhig. Städte für Sight-Seeing und Strand gut zu erreichen. Sauberer Meerwasser-Pool mit schönem Garten.

    Leider keine Klimaanlage.
