    Exceptional stay, best start to our Italy trip!

    Excellent location right behind the Vatican, the view of St Peter’s at the end of the street took our breath away every single time. Very well equipped flat with a cute kitchen, a spacious living room and the most COMFORTABLE bed I’ve ever slept on bar none. Perfect for our 4 nights in Rome and my husband’s first time in Italy. Elisabetta is one of the kindest, friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will definitely plan our next visit to Rome around the availability of Il Clivo :)

    Having to leave. Property is on the second floor with no lift which might be a problem if you have bulky luggage like us

    Great apartment, great location

    This is a fantastic apartment with everything you could need. The air-con was an absolute Godsend with the temperatures reaching 30°! The bed was very comfortable and, although we did not cook, the fridge and washing machine were very useful. The location is excellent being within walking distance of Vatican City, local restaurants, mini-markets, and bus stops were all close by. Elisabetta is lovely and could not have been more helpful.
