    Stunning view!

    The view from this place is absolutely enchanting! The terrace overlooks Orvieto nestled among the hills — especially magical in the morning, when the sun rises behind the hill and bathes the city in golden light. It truly feels like something out of a fairytale. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and it’s furnished with some lovely, character-filled pieces.

    However, since the terrace faces the road, it can get a bit noisy at times. The biggest downside for us was cleanliness — the bathroom and especially the wardrobes weren’t properly cleaned, and the bathroom overall feels a bit outdated. Having an extra blanket for the second bed would’ve been much appreciated, as it was already getting chilly.

    Great location near Orvieto with fantastic scenery

    Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of Orvieto. Easy to reach by rental car and only about a 10-minute drive to the parking area with the lift up to the town. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a very spacious living area with a TV, dining table, and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped, and guests also have access to the garden. We especially enjoyed the friendly local cats!

    The property is located just off the main road, so it can be a bit noisy early in the morning. (Closing the upper windows might help, but we couldn’t figure out how to close them during our stay.) A slightly cozier seating area in the living room would also be a nice touch, though that’s just a small detail.

    Very comfortable apartment with all what we needed for a few days stay. The internet was fast and the kitchen had everything you need. It was spotless clean, the communication with the owner was easy and the beds were comfortable. The dining and living area have plenty of space, so it's quite comfortable.

    The view of Orvieto is from the upper terrace, to which we had access, but you needed to go out of the house, to get to it, so no way of having breakfast in pj's. The bedrooms unfortunately just have an upper window, so they are a bit dark and don't have any view.
