  Joli extérieur avec jardin très agréable. Belle vue depuis notre appartement sur la mer.

  La clim avait du mal à rafraîchir, nous avons eu très chaud. Dommage que cette jolie propriété soit située en bordure de route très fréquentée. A l' extérieur, nous avons eu du mal à occulter le bruit. Pour l' atténuer, de la musique est diffusée.

  Fabulous location & property!

  Location was fabulous although our Sat Nav wanted to take us somewhere else from the booking.com directions! Luckily Daniele the manager met us to take us to the right location which we were grateful for as we had been on a 11 hour interrail journey to reach this destination. You definitely need a car! Think you should put that in your advert. Stunning views from our apartment. The sunrises and sunsets were simply surreal. Property had beautiful grounds well kept by Daniele and his dad who manage it for the owner and do the maintenance. The father would check the pool early every day and was always around fixing things. There are a lot of wild cats that join you- they are cute and very loving. They seem to live with the dad. Superb eating areas, one near pool, one with a bbq and fridge and pizza oven in a more secluded spot with fresh herbs to pick with your meals! As we were the only ones there we had private use of a lovely sea salt pool and surrounding areas, however even if there were other guests there’s enough room for everyone not to be on top of each other Boules area/playground area Dance floor - huge area with speakers if you fancy a boogie! Beautifully clean inside the apartment , beds had fresh linen and towels were soft. When we arrived Daniele did not seem to have a record that we needed the sofa bed however he immediately made it up for us without any issue. Property has cameras everywhere so it feels very safe. The gates lock behind you so you feel like it’s your own private sanctuary. Free parking. Welcome gift of wine- thank you. Coffee machine had some coffee pods. Clear guidelines on what to do in the property (free wifi) with recommendations of where to eat - we went to Porto Ossuna in Cefalu on our last night which was fantastic with the most amazing sunset.

  Hard to come up with anything! It was difficult to iron with the ironing board that fitted on the table and kept falling down. I would prefer the option of a full ironing board.

  What an amazing Villa. It’s fabulous and it has everything for a summer dream - beautiful gardens, swimming, barbecue, pizza oven and beautifully designed apartments. The owners Danielle and his father are the most cordial people. They welcomed us with wine and olive oil, they made us granitas and treated us to fresh tomatoes from their garden. The Villa is 20 min walk from a sandy beautiful beach and 25 minutes from a rocky beach. There’s a very good pizzeria 10 min walk from the villa but no shops at a walking distance, make sure you’ve stocked up on water and groceries. There’s a complimentary big bottle of water at arrival and a lot of coffee and tea :) We’d love to come again :)

  Villa stupenda, con piscina, in posizione strategica a 5 minuti di macchina da Cefalù. Ideale per un weekend immersi nella tranquillità

  maison de caractère avec quelques éléments à améliorer

  La maison est magnifique, la propriété est très belle et parfaitement entretenue, la piscine et les abords sont très agréables. La propriété est située à quelques km de Cefalu et donc idéalement située sans être dans l'agitation de la ville. Un parking est également présent dans la propriété ce qui est un réel atout

  les matelas sont à ressort et c'est peu agréable pour dormir, l'eau de la piscine était glaciale et le bruit de la circulation (la maison est située entre deux routes très passante.
