Absolutely no complaints - lovely apartment, great location, host was very happy to help and answer any questions 10/

Really good location in Mestre, very quick walk to the bus which is 10 minutes into Venice. Also walking distance to the train station, mcdonald’s, spar and other shops.

I do not recommend it, I felt cheated

It was clean. Booking.com's customer service department handled our complaint in a correct and professional manner.

It's on the second floor of a building with no elevator. The single bed is small and uncomfortable. The booking.com reservation was for a two-bedroom apartment for two people. The owner demanded cash (in addition to the tourist tax) to use the second bedroom. Despite us showing him the booking.com reservation, which specified that it was two bedrooms for two people, he told us he didn't care what was written in the booking.com reservation and demanded more money, which we ultimately had to give him because he wouldn't address our complaint.
