Property was right in the middle of the boardwalk in Naxos. We found street parking every day (it was off season). 20 min walk to train station. We did not take a bus. Was easy to drive locations near by.

Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Ostküste Siziliens
- große Dusche - funktionierende Klimaanlagen - Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus - Sauberkeit der Wohnung - Kontakt zum Vermieter
- Eingangsbereich/Treppenhaus: Kakerlaken und Schimmelgeruch - harte unbequeme Betten - Bad: nur 1 Handtuchhaken für 4 Personen - sehr hellhörige Wände und Fenster - Wohnung direkt über einem Eisladen der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat und daher immer besucht und laut ist - einen Abend/Morgen lang kein Wasser

Just don't!
We cannot comment on the property be cause WE COULD NOT PARK THERE SO WE COULD NOT MOVE IN. The only reason we chose this rental was because it had "FREE parking". THE OWNER SENT US A PHOTO OF A PARKING GARAGE BUT THE PARKING WAS ACTUALLY ON THE STREET. Owner would have had to hold a STREET parking space for us - which HE was not able to do. IF a parking space would've been available – which it was not for the LITERAL 120 MINUTES we drove around in circles – we could NOT have left the parking spot for 3 days. We were lucky enough to find another hotel that advertised free parking – that actually HAD free parking lot for our large SUV. Unfortunately the owner of the 1st property, chose to keep 100% of our prepaid night fair – versus listing the property is available for the second night.
See MIS-REPRESENTED PARKING situation. We are not novice Travelers. Due to a family event we had to rent a large vehicle. We knew beach parking would be minimal – which is why we sought an Apt with free parking. What a disappointment!!!

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Syracuse et profiter de la mer
Emplacement idéal proche de Syracuse en voiture et dans Giardini Naxos permettant de profiter des commerces et restos. Balcon directement sur la mer aménagé avec des transats. L’équipement était très complet avec machine à laver, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
C’est un peu bruyant en soirée.
