    Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet und würden diese Unterkunft aufgrund des Zustands, des unbequemen Bettes

    Die Wohnung war sauber und grundsätzlich ordentlich

    Leider ist die Unterkunft für das, was geboten wird, viel zu teuer. Die Wohnung selbst fanden wir optisch nicht besonders ansprechend und eher enttäuschend. Das Bett war zudem sehr unbequem. Ausserdem befindet sich eine Kamera auf dem Balkon, was wir persönlich sehr ungewöhnlich und unangenehm fanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr schwierig. Ich habe ihm mehrmals wegen des Check-ins geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten auch wo das checkin zeit war nichts erhalten. Erst nach Anrufen ging er ans Telefon. Englisch sprach er leider nicht, sondern nur Italienisch bzw. Spanisch, wodurch die Verständigung zusätzlich erschwert wurde.

    Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per due notti e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata davvero negativa. Partiamo dal check-in: la mattina del nostro arrivo non avevamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione e sono stato io a scrivere per avere informazioni. Il check-in era previsto alle 16:00 e alle 15:30 non avevamo ancora ricevuto né il codice né istruzioni chiare per entrare. Quando ho scritto dicendo che stavamo arrivando, mi è stato comunicato all'ultimo momento che Booking aveva segnalato un problema con il pagamento. Il proprietario mi ha detto che questa comunicazione da parte di Booking gli sarebbe arrivata proprio all'ultimo minuto, cosa che sinceramente trovo difficile da credere e che a me è sembrata semplicemente una scusa. Il pagamento infatti era stato effettuato regolarmente e ho dovuto anche inviare la documentazione di Booking per dimostrarlo. Alle 15:56 stavamo ancora discutendo di questa cosa e alle 16:06 aspettavamo ancora il codice, fermi in macchina. Controlli del genere dovrebbero essere fatti prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, non all'orario del check-in. Anche la procedura è stata inutilmente complicata, con richiesta di foto dei documenti insieme al viso e diversi passaggi da completare. Non è la prima volta che viaggio e utilizzo Booking, ma raramente mi è capitato un check-in così poco semplice. Anche le spiegazioni per trovare l'appartamento erano praticamente inesistenti: ci è stato indicato il piano e poco altro, quindi abbiamo dovuto capire da soli dove andare. Una volta entrati, l'appartamento inizialmente sembrava carino, ma abbiamo subito notato una zona con impianti, tubi e cavi completamente a vista, quasi come una centralina tecnica. Poco dopo ci siamo appoggiati al letto e la testiera è caduta, facendoci anche spaventare. Manutenzione praticamente zero. La cosa peggiore, però, è stata trovare una telecamera sul balcone privato dell'appartamento.
