Buona posizione centrale, in 10/15 minuti a piedi si arriva al bastione Saint Remy. Prezioso il comodissimo posto auto proprio di fronte all'ingresso e in un cortile privato. L'appartamento si raggiunge con una rampa di scale; l'abbiamo trovato pulito, luminoso e completo di tutto l'essenziale. Due camere matrimoniali, soggiorno/cucina open space, bagno nuovissimo con piccola finestra a vasistas molto apprezzata, invece del solito bagno cieco. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Muy confortable, nuevo, excelentes sábanas y colchones. Magnífica ubicación y, muy importante, parking privado. Ideal para disfrutar la bella ciudad de Cagliari
Lo único a corregir es que era imposible modificar el.volumen del televisor, el cual tampoco tenía conexión a Internet. Un problema muy menor y fácil de resolver

Nice apartment with a free parking spot
The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The area is totally quiet, which is important for a good sleep at night. It takes only 10 minutes walking to reach the city center. And the most important thing - you have your own parking spot in the yard, which is really valuable in a city like Cagliari!
