Disappointing communication with the host
The property location was ok, overall cleanliness and comfort ok.
Communication with the host was very frustrating. Apart from getting messages first in the morning around 8:00 if everything is ok, at the checkout day we were literally kicked out also with a small baby at 10:00 sharp by the cleaner waiting on our door. We had to wait for the deposit we paid over one week, so in the money were blocked for more then 2 weeks and with partial refund. We had to chase the host to get our money back since she was saying that a lamp has been broken by us and waiting for a decorator to come back with the response for a spot on the wall (attached photo it shows very well signs of infiltrations) which was due to infiltrations. Also we other spots on the bathroom ceiling (also infiltrations) were definitely not caused by our 3 days stay. Not even got an apology after accusing that we have caused the spots on the walls and ceiling only 50 euro deduction from our deposit when the most expensive USB lamp I found on Amazon is max 30 Euro. This never happened with any of our stays in over 10 years that we've been using booking.
