Non avendo riscontrato i problemi dei miei compagni di viaggio per le loro stanze, personalmente ci tornerei
La stanza era bella ampia e con diversi appoggi (lo stesso vale per il bagno). La posizione ottima perché vicinissima a fermata metro (Ottaviano, linea A) nel bel quartiere Prati, a pochi passi dal Vaticano. Il personale è stato cortese ma difficile da contattare
Viaggiavo in gruppo ed io personalmente non ho avuto problemi (tranne appena arrivati che ho dovuto farmi aprire da un residente nel palazzo perché non rispondeva nessuno - neanche al telefono - ed il tastierino di cui avevo codice era all'interno, oltre il portone). Nelle altre stanze hanno manifestato tutti lo stesso problema: poca acqua corrente e sciacquoni mal funzionanti. E problemi con le chiavi del portone principale.

Il palazzo e il quartiere
Totalmente carente di manutenzione: parquet in camera saltato, seduta del bagno rotta, telecomando tv rotto e, su richiesta, non mi è stato sostituito/sistemato. In bagno un odore di fogna nauseabondo. In camera nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua o un bollitore con i filtri soliti di benvenuto. Pagato 130€ per una singola oltre 6€ di tassa di soggiorno
