  Auf jeden Fall werden in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es ist ausreichend Platz. Für Familien perfekt da alles in der Nähe und ohne Auto zu erreichen ist (Meer, Supermarkt und Restaurants). Die Busstation ist nur ca. 50m vom Apartment entfernt und bietet sich super an für Tagesausflüge nach Palermo. Marco der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen.

  Exceptional

  Marco, our host was great. Clear and precise information on how to enter the house. Communicated easily and often. Organised transport from Palermo airport and also into Palermo itself. Everything went so smoothly, and drivers were so helpful. The location is excellent, literally around the corner, from the beach. With many restaurants and supermarket, close by. A wonderful trip overall, and I would highly recommend Marco's house.

  House near the beach with its pros and cons

  First of all, the location of the house is absolutely perfect. It's near the best part of the beach, it's close to a supermarket, a bus station, restaurants and cafes. BTW, the closest supermarket is the best in terms of variety and quality of products. At the same time, the house is located on a quite street, so nobody bothers you during the night. What we liked about the house is its garden where we had all our breakfasts and dinners looking at the trees and flowers. It was really charming, but mosquito protection is needed because these beasts are very big and annoying. The house itself is very traditional and has this old house feeling which may be nice if you like such kind of places. The garden and the house itself were perfectly clean when we checked in. The check-in process was very easy. It was cool throughout the day so we used the A/C only during the night. The bathroom is spacious and there's a guest bathroom in addition which was very convenient. The host provided us with full set of bed sheets and towels. And we also found beach towels which served us very well at the beach. The overall impression of our stay in the house was positive, although we had some 'but's' which I described below.

  There's pretty much of different old stuff in the house which is packed in closets and which gives the kind of specific old house smell. The furniture is also pretty old fashioned and not very convenient, especially the closet in the master bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom has 2 separate mattresses, and they are slightly wider than the bed itself. As a result, one of us had to sleep at an angle because the mattress rose above the edge of the bed. This was not at all comfortable. The kitchen is packed with lots of old and irrelevant utensils. At the same time, there were only a couple of not very sharp knives so we had to struggle with that a little bit. There were no salt and pepper shakers so anytime we needed salt we had to get it from a big jar. So the kitchen is not a place where you would really spend a lot of time cooking.

  This property location was very convenient- with a family with small children, we were looking for a place that was close to shops, restaurants and the beach- all within less that 5-10minutes walk. It was spacious and clean.

  There was nothing to dislike about this property.
