Exceptional
The property is a gem. It has all the facilities you need for your stay. The host was very helpful and understanding. He managed to accommodate us despite us arriving very late. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. And it's in walking distance to Ortigia. I would definitely recommend it.

Not so great.
It is a large apartment., with high ceiling. The kitchen is new and well equipped plus it has a lovely outdoor area. The bathroom is new also and very comfortable. The rest of the house has comfortable furniture. The building is quiet .
The apartment is dark in general, has limited natural light. The kitchen and the bathroom need more light fixtures. The bed is not comfortable at all, the sheets were too small for the mattress. We were never told what we needed to do with the garbage or the plastic recycle. The apartment is far from any restaurants or supermarkets you need a car.

Lovely place and excellent hosts
Lovely big rooms. Well set out. All windows had fly screens. Good TV and WIFI access.
The apartment felt damp. We thought it possibly hadn’t been used for a while as this got better through the week. As we were visiting early in the season it will probably not be an issue during later May onwards.
