    Very convinient to stay and visit Milano, in particular if you come by car.

    Very kind owner. Nice terrace to have breakfast. Easy parking in front of the building. Parking in the building was narrow for our rental car. Short trip to the city center by bus / metro. Very good restaurant Atmosfera nearby. Easy grocery shopping.

    Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment im Nordosten Mailands mit Terasse und Dachgarten

    Das Apartment liegt im 2. Stock eines Wohnhauses und besitzt eine eigene Terrasse/Garten mit Morgensonne, die zum gemütlichen Sitzen einlädt. Die Fenster und Terrassentüren haben Außenjalousien, zusammen mit den dezentralen Klimaanlagen lässt es sich so auch im Sommer gut aushalten. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, sodass sich auch eine Familie wohlfühlt. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants, außerdem auch Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Obwohl das Haus ganz in der Nähe von mehreren Bahnstrecken liegt, sind diese insbesondere in der Nacht kaum zu hören (Wohnung liegt zur anderen Seite). Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit via WhatsApp zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

    Nicht erschrecken - einige Häuser und Grundstücke in der Umgebung sehen nicht sehr einladend aus (leerstehende Gewerbebauten mit kaputten Scheiben und Graffitis etc. in die eine Richtung. In die andere Richtung stehen ältere Wohnhäuser, die aber in Schuss gehalten werden). Die Garage (geschlossenes Abteil in der Tiefgarage des Hauses) ist recht schmal. Mein Auto (Breite mit Spiegeln 2,10 m) passte gerade noch durch das Tor. viel breiter darf das Auto nicht sein, wenn man noch die Türen öffnen möchte. Aber man kann auch gut auf der Straße parken.
