Dzīvoklis atrodas senatnīgā Sicīlijas ēkā 15 min.gājienā no tūristu burzmas, istabās ir ļoti augsti griezti kā pilī, lustras ķēdēs. Liela virtuve ar iespēju gatavot. No virtuves iespēja iziet terasē vai dārzā. Ir saimniecības telpa, kur mazgāt, žāvēt, gludināt veļu. Pieejama arī āra virtuve. Vannasistaba ir ērta lietošanai. Senatnīgi logu slēģi, ir kondicionieri visās telpās. Dzīvoklī var apmesties 6 cilvēki vai 3 pārīši. Dzīvoklī var iekļūt ar self check metodē. Dzīvoklis patiks antīku vai senatnīgu telpu/lietu cienītājiem.
Varēja būt nedaudz mūsdienīgāks kafijas aparāts. Ik pa laikam bija problēmas ar apgaismojumu. Viens kondicionieris bija ļoti skaļš, arī atverot logu var dzirdēt apkārtnē dzīvojošo trokšņus.
