Best stay in all of La Spezia! My fourth time in this amazing apartment.
The comfort in knowing this amazing place and the surrounding areas. It’s location is perfect. One block away from the pedestrian street, close to the sea as well as all the restaurants and shops. Within 10 minutes of the train station.
I can’t think of a thing! I stayed for six nights and everything from the beginning to the end was stress-free no complications, very easy though I questioned why I didn’t stay longer?

L'emplacement, la déco, le frigo, la vue sur le jardin, la douche en plein milieu
La douche en plein milieu pour aller aux toilettes c'est se mouiller les pieds, le wifi instable et les oreillers, la porte d'entrée relativement dure à ouvrir, l'ampoule HS au-dessus du lit

Très bon emplacement. Donc pour une nuit c'est bien.
L'emplacement de cet hébergement est excellent. Le reste est surestimé financièrement. Il faut préciser qu'au tarif de la chambre il faut ajouter le prix du parking.
La porte d'entrée coince et il faut bien pousser pour l'ouvrir. Sur la porte il est écrit "vous venez en hôte et repartez en ami". C'est bien mais le propriétaire ne nous a pas fait l'amitié de passer nous voir. Le wifi était très faible voire inexistant.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto completamente tutto era in una posizione ottima a 200 m dal centro a 300 m dalla stazione dei treni e a 500 m dal mare un posto favoloso una camera pulita uno staff meraviglioso che mi ha aiutato in qualsiasi momento in cui avevo bisogno le ringrazio di cuore di tutto sicuramente farò ritorno.
Se devo dire pure qua cosa non mi è piaciuto come ho già detto lo staff siamo stati una coppia giovane e ci è dispiaciuto solamente che le TV per tre notti abbiamo dovuto guardare i canali TV. C’è dispiaciuto che non erano smart però nulla da dire sul resto grazie.
