    The person I was in contact with via WhatsApp was very responsive.

    I had convened a time for checking on WhatsApp. When we arrived at the location, no one was there. I had to contact the person on WhatsApp only to discover that they had decided it was a self-check in now. There were no duvet in the bedroom which meant I was cold at night. The Booking.com amenities, show a private bathroom but it is actually across the main corridor with no private access from our bedroom. Also it does not lock from the outside so we cannot leave our private belongings there. Also when locked from the inside 3/4 of the door frame could be pushed away from the wall, so not super private... When we entered the bedroom, the breakfast vouchers were missing. I had to contact the WhatsApp guy again to understand what was going on. And the breakfast is only 1 pasty and hot drink served at the bakery in the street (no buffet options).
