    Nice place, air conditioning was very pleasant. Well appointed. Zero communication from the host.

    I could never reach anyone - ower, manager, anyone. I found a phone number on the wall that could be used for questions but no one responded. That's a very uncomfortable position to be put in. I originally booked the room because one room had twin beds but when we arrived both rooms had doubles. If the beds could have been split, it would have been nice to have the option. Instead, someone was stuck with an uncomfortable couch.

    Top Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Bologna, geniale Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

    Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Super Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, Grillenkonzert aus dem dahinterliegenden Park inklusive, stilvoll, hohe Decken und großzügige Raumaufteilung. Es duftet in jedem Raum angenehm. Der Vermieter ist seh Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Super Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, Grillenkonzert aus dem dahinterliegenden Park inklusive, stilvoll, hohe Decken und großzügige Raumaufteilung. Es duftet in jedem Raum angenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, auf Reklamationen wird prompt reagiert. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und der Kühlschrank war mit diversen Leckereien und Getränken gefüllt. Vielen Dank!

    Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen und/oder abgenutzt. In allen Schubladen und Fächern befindet sich Kruschel. Für uns bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht relevant, da wir nicht ausgepackt haben - bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens einer Woche hätte uns das gestört. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht.

    The music in the park can be a bit loud at night
