    Accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario, possibilità di usufruire della cucina ed alimenti H24, parcheggio interno, settore esterno per la pulizia e asciugatura materiale da spiaggia, pulizia giornaliera.

    L'illuminazione tenue, ma forse è stata pensata così. La colazione semplice con poche tipicità

    La dimensione della camera.

    La camera presentava umidità di risalita e altre infiltrazioni. La pulizia non era eccezionale e la colazione era autogestita e per niente varia.
