Magical stay indeed at The Magic Nest!!!
A Stunning and Magical Stay Near Assisi! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What we loved most: • Perfect Location: The property offers an outstanding, peaceful setting away from the crowds, yet it is a convenient 15-minute drive to the center of Assisi. • Convenient for Supplies: It was incredibly easy to pick up daily essentials and groceries, thanks to a Conad City supermarket located nearby. • Breathtaking Views: The surrounding scenery is absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed daily walks through the stunning village, watching hot air balloons take off in the distance, and marveling at the incredible night views of the town right from the property. • Magical Atmosphere: The train line running through the village adds a truly charming and magical touch to the landscape. • Exceptional Host: The owner, Christina, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us upon arrival and went above and beyond by providing fresh bread, milk and eggs for our first morning. While she and her family live on-site, they use a completely separate entrance and level, offering total privacy while remaining instantly reachable by phone or message for anything we needed. We cannot recommend this beautiful property and Christina's wonderful hospitality highly enough!

Het appartement is mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is centraal gelegen en je kan vele leuke plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. Cristina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Wonderful apartment, wonderful owners
Their rental unit is new. It is built as though they built it for themselves. They spared no expense in its provisions. Multi-zone AC, doors and windows with glass and wooden shutters, modern kitchen, lovely bath, a real wood-burning fireplace, and a walk-in closet. The area is quiet, the patio is a terrific hangout with seating for a large family on a warm day. It is a mere 10 min from Assisi and 7 minutes from a massive Conrad supermarket. The young couple live underneath with their entrance on an entirely different side, so you feel you have complete privacy. Their unit is partially below ground, and it is clear they must have decided to rent the better unit to guests. They welcome you with genuine smiles, speak English, and give you their full attention when you need it. I have met a lot of hosts over the years and quite often it is clear owners have a routine and it is entirely a transaction for them. This young couple really want to make a good impression with the quality of their unit and their treatment of you. This was our best stay on this 6 week trip in Italy.

unbelievably atmospheric place. It is a pity that we stayed there for such a short time. it is a perfect place to relax. It's relatively quiet despite the road. We'd love to come back!
we could not use the terrace - it was to hot. the air conditioning could barely cope.
