Gran sitio en Florencia
El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en una semana de vacaciones. Toda la información para moverte por la casa esta en un libro y es muy practico. Tambien te facilitan toda la información que necesites para moverte por la ciudad sin problemas. Muy buena comunicación por parte del anfritiónen todo momento. Limpio, buena ubicación, buenas vistas, biblioteca. Dos terrazas para poder ver amanecer y atardecer. Muy buen sitio en Florencia
La altura de una puerta de terraza, creo que esta un poco baja. pero nada importante.

Excellent!!
A home away from home in a safe and quiet location. The apartment was just like the photos with plenty of kitchen equipment and a utility room with a washing machine/iron etc. It is on the top floor which gave great views from the two terraces. These were ideal spaces to relax/sunbathe during the day and provided shade later in the evening. There were shutters over the doors leading to the terraces which, along with the excellent air conditioning, kept the inside of the apartment cool. The 2nd 'bedroom/office' space was huge with a large sofa bed giving another space to relax in too. I enjoyed reading some of the many books provided and learnt much about the history of the renaissance in Florence. There were also maps and a guidebook provided with recommendations for the local area and transport tips. The location was perfect, with bus and tram stops nearby and it was only a short walk to a supermarket, bakery and coffee place. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and will definitely book it again if we return.

A delightful place to stay
Wonderful apartment with great and well stocked facilities and beautiful views from both terraces. The elevator is a very nice luxury with all my luggage and for my friend with mobility issues. It is a 15-20 minute walk to pretty much anywhere in the city and close to bus stops and tram stations. I bumped into the owner a few times, and she was exceedingly welcoming and immediately helped me with the one issue I had. Not only was the owner delightful, but the managerial staff I was in contact with were helpful even months in advance and across time zones. In summary, I had an amazing stay and will keep this place in mind in the event I'm ever back in Florence.
The only issue I had was a simple mistake with the air conditioning that was cleared up immediately by the owner and staff.

Very good
we had a great stay in Florence , the location of the appartment was perfect 15 min walk to the center in a quiet and nice neighborhood. the appartment was nice and super clean , great managment , very responsive it is highly recommended.
