    Esperienza da non ripetere

    Poca chiarezza da parte del personale e professionalità totalmente assente. A pochi giorni dal soggiorno ci hanno spostato in un’altra struttura, obbligati dal poco preavviso abbiamo dovuto accettare. Una volta arrivati ci hanno chiesto 50€ contanti per le tasse di soggiorno (nella prenotazione erano 2,50€ a testa per 6 persone) quindi non abbiamo pagato più dei 30€ dovuti dalla prenotazione effettuata. Inoltre la signora delle pulizie una volta arrivati in struttura ci ha chiesto una cauzione per eventuali danni alla struttura di 150€, sempre in contanti, che non erano assolutamente previsti da Booking e senza una ricevuta. Infine, lasciando perdere la comunicazione altalenante con i proprietari, non ci hanno richiesto nessun documento per la registrazione alla Polizia di Stato. Per lasciare questa recensione ho dovuto contattare l’assistenza di Booking poiché dopo che la prenotazione è stata annullata da parte della proprietà io non avevo altro modo per condividere questa nostra brutta esperienza.

    Дуже приємні власники, всі питання були вирішені моментально. Квартира простора, чиста, фото повністю відповідають реальності. Дуже близько до пляжу, орієнтовно 3-4 хвилини. Великий пісчаний пляж, дуже чисто, гарні краєвиди.

    В спальнях не має кондиціонерів, було досить жарко навіть з відчиненим балконом.
