    Die Lage und die Ausstattung im Haus waren gut. Reichlich Geschirr. TV mit Netflix Betten

    Das Wasser im oberen Stockwerk zum Duschen katastrophal. Die Türen zum Absperren des Hauses eine Zumutung. Die Gartenmöbel alt und ungemütlich. Die Fassade des Hauses wirkt abschreckend, sehr verschmutzt.

    We liked the location. It was peaceful and quiet, and only a short kilometer to the beach. Nice to have bikes, but too bad they didn't work properly.

    The kitchen was poorly cleaned and there were no garbage bags, except for bio waste. The living room was set up for 3 people (we were 4!) Difficult to take a shower due to lack of water pressure.

    The Il Marinaio holiday house was a lovely, quiet, comfortable home for us during our stay at the Ligurian sea. It has everything you need for a longer stay: the accommodation is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, AC, bikes etc. The two bathrooms were very convenient for a family of five. It was marvelous to sit on the terrasses under the trees, in the refreshing shadow and the perfumed scent of the pines. The beach is within walking distance, and shops and sights are also within reach by car,

    Only the distant sound of the beach parties late night bothered us a bit on the weekend - but it can be avoided if the window shields are closed.
