Sehr schön, mit Meerblick. Die Strände super. Sehr nette Besitzerin. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Erdgeschoss sehr dunkel, Küchenutensilien etwas spärlich.

Perfect flat on an amazing spot
Charming appartment at an amazing location on the hill, overlooking the area. Everything has been thought of: amenities are complete and great. I was surprised to find the fridge full of food to make breakfast. The hostess is highly available and super friendly. Hosting is done with love for guests here.
Not a dislike but note this property is on a hill and you need a car or bike (and strong legs in that case) to get to the nearby village. I cycled the larger area with my bike and loved it.

A Five-Star Stay Under the Stars
An absolutely wonderful place! The location is beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside and stunning scenery. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the toiletries were of a true five-star standard. AnnaRita was a fantastic host—warm, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We especially loved the freedom to enjoy the open fields, and the property was incredibly dog-friendly, which made our stay even more special. Although the price seems quite high at first, the quality and overall experience made it completely worthwhile. If I return to the area, I would happily stay there again!

A gem along the Tuscan coast.
Close to Porto Ercole but on a secluded estate nestled amongst a grove of olive trees, pomegranates, figs on a hill overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and Renaissance fortifications. A magical setting. The casata is well appointed and comfortable and the caretaker was kind and attentive. We would like to return for another visit.
