It was a 20 minute uphill walk on cobblestone stones to the apartment. Which is absolutely fine apart from when you have heavy luggage like us 😅

The property was absolutely beautiful and made us feel right at home! It had all the amenities we needed—and more. We were very happy with our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that transportation can be a bit tricky in this area—there aren’t many taxis or Ubers available. Also, we lost cell service as soon as we left the apartment and didn’t regain it until we were out of the area. That said, the location is very close to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, which made exploring easy once we got moving. Just plan ahead for transportation, and you’ll have a fantastic stay!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum in Meta. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen beim Weitem übertroffen. So liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war äußert aufmerksam mit einem Willkommenskuchen und vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Aktivitäten. Jederzeit war sie erreichbar, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Es war uns eine Freude eure Gäste sein zu dürfen. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Fantatic stay in immaculate 1 bed apartment in Meta
Fantastic apartment, exceptionally clean, brilliant kitchen, everything you could need, very safe, perfect for 2 people. Marika was superb helping us reach the apartment (even drove our car!) and gave us lots of guidance on sight seeing. Very reactive to fix broken hot water (a one off).
The apartment is at the top of a hill. It is about a 20 minute walk to the local train station (down hill in morning, up at the end of a day). This is to be expected on the Amalfi coast as EVERYWHERE is hilly but worth knowing. Trains are great going either to Sorrento or Pompei/Naples.
