    Great location, but otherwise very basic.

    The appartment is situated right in the center of Florence. It was great to take a pause between the sightseeing tours in the crowded city or to bring back home some purchases. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it in Florence, since it's hard to buy basic groceries there and you end up eating out anyway.

    The photo gives a false impression of the apartment's current condition. It would need a renovation. The walls are due for new wallpaper and a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom reeked of onions when we moved in. There's no way to ventilate it properly. It is obvious that the high rent is meant to be skimmed off and not invested in the apartment. With a mere investement of the very high rent of a weeks stay and a little love, this appartment could be changed into a beauftiful place. Therefore for us, our stay was rather dissapointing.

    Really good value.

    The location was exceptional. I really liked the information manual/ file that gave clear instructions and some excellent recommendations re food& activities. Communication was excellent, clear instructions ( short video) how to access property. Really appreciated after a 15 hour flight. The air conditioning was effective, providing instant relief. The property manager had turned in on before our arrival. We were able to access early, greatly appreciated; again after long flight.
