  It was a great place to stop for pilgrims on the via Frencegena

  Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Wonderful hosts. They brought us fresh pastries in the morning. And they had water in the fridge for us.!

  Never again :)

  The room was okay.

  For the first two days the lock on main door was dysfunctional, and after reporting it in the night, the house owner respond: ,,Save neighbourhood, do not worry!" After this unpleasant situation, the owner send someone to fixed the door and we thought that no more unpleasant surprises would come. Then during weekend, while we were boiling water down in the kitchen, the power in house went off. After contacting owner they fixed it, but the owner used a lot of cursing words in the conversation with did not feel comfortable for us. As it is presented on your app, the booking, this reservation has common area for guests. We used the kitchen for boiling water and slicing vegetables for salads from time to time and as expected from us clean after us. When it comes to the fridge we did put all our belongings into two drawers so other guests have place for they groceries too. On 24 september at 13:41, we received message on WhatsApp from host agency that we shall pay 40€ for extra cleaning done by cleaning lady and that owner would come at 4 pm to pick them up in cash. To this message we, of course, responded that we do not see what cleaning lady is cleaning after us all the time because we wash every dish right after using it. So we assumed that a refund would be for cleaning lady taking bin out. We did not see reason for us to pay since we do respect rules. Not to mention that we are always nice to other guest even thought the guests before the last, were making so much noise in the night that it was impossible to sleep and we were even washing dishes after them. So with all the respect, we do feel offended by this insults. After conversation with agency, we have conversation with the owners daughter that was asking for money and again as mentioned before, they were again offending us.
