Apartment has a roach problem.
The apartment is located conveniently however, the problems with this apartment are much bigger and I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs.
The place has a cockroach problem. First night I woke up there was one cockroach in the bathroom. Second day, my husband had to kill 3 cockroaches at 5 am: in the bathroom, in the bedroom on the wall, and in the hallway as we were leaving it ran into the apartment. The apartment appears clean during the day however there is definitely a bug problem and cockroaches love to come out AT NIGHT which is when all the cockroaches were spotted. Our drain also clogged during the stay and over the phone the owner was extremely rude. Only when he arrived and saw that the whole bathroom flooded with water, he apologized for his attitude and agreed that the problem was much bigger than he expected. When we reached out to him after our stay saying we don’t believe that our stay was worth the money we paid due to the cockroaches and that most guests expect a clean accommodation for 950$ for three nights , he said this is inappropriate. The owner is rude, the apartment is up MANY flights of stairs which is hard with luggage’s, the AC barely works to actually cool the room, the windows have no view as it’s on the floor and wakes u up from reflections of the lake in the morning , it’s so noisy when the ferries arrive, and worst of all there is COCKROACHES!!!! I have video proof of the roaches in case the owner wants to respond to my comment discrediting me.

Супер месторасположение для пары дней отдыха.
Все было супер, отличное место расположения. Очень чисто и уютно. Хороший хозяин, встретил нас и помог донести вещи наверх.
Плохой напор в душе и нету зеркала в полный рост, этого очень не хватало. С утра уже очень шумно из-за парома, плохая шумоизоляция.
