    Budget

    We arrived when a storm knocked out electrical power to the building. At first the host said we'd have to wait and see when it would come back on. After two hours, she found us another accommodation across the street. We didn't actually sleep at Il Portoncino but hung out in the room waiting. The location is in a terrible area of the 'centro storico' where the streets and pavements are all broken, irregular, and narrow. Garbage along the streets. The final accommodation was alright and the host was lovely, but it was in the same area of ill-kept streets and pavements. Close to Via Atenea, but run down.

    The Il Portoncino property had a handy kitchenette, and air conditioning. A big matrimonial bedroom with plenty of closet space, but the second bed was a sofa bed right in the kitchen area.

    Posticino perfetto

    La gentilezza del proprietario , la disponibilità e le informazioni fornite. L'appartamento ben tenuto, completo di tante informazioni turistiche, acqua minerale e dolci per la colazione. Bagno comodo e funzionale , doccia spaziosa, camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Cucina pratica e funzionale. Posizione vicino al centro, posto auto gratuito e vicino.

    Unica pecca , sempre la posizione, si vicino al centro ma ce la scalinata da fare , ok in discesa o ci si deve muovere in auto. Per il resto tutto bene,
