  A very high price/performance value accommodation

  Spacious, comfortable, nice view, very clean, excellent AC, there is room even for 5 or 6 people.

  There is no microwave oven or electric kettle. Waste management is not the most trivial one, but it is up to the city and not the accommodation/apartment.

  Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, con una comoda terrazza sulla quale poter cenare vedendo il mare, in lontananza. Letti comodi (anche se un po' corti). Posizione utile per girare l'isola.

  Non ci aspettavamo di dover pagare 15 euro, a testa, per lenzuola e asciugamani.

  Nice and well-equipped apartment suitable for long-term stay.

  The apartment is located in an apartment building where the other owners live, so during the day it is quiet because everyone is at work or school, in the evening it is busy and at night it is completely quiet. This makes the apartment suitable for families or couples who have the same routine at home as they do on holiday. The apartment is naturally cool even on hot days, except on the terrace where the sun shines. All windows have both shutters and net. The apartment is equipped with everything for everyday life - internet, air conditioning, oven, dining table, washing machine, ironing board. There is a comfortable bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a single bed with an extra bed in the children's room. It is 10 minutes walk to the centre, 15 minutes by car to the beach. The apartment is suitable for a long-term stay as a ‘second home’.

  Parking is on the attached one-way street or in the parking area, which is accessed by an unpaved road; there has always been space. The terrace has a nice view but the left side is also open to the neighboring apartment, however the neighbors are very nice.
