  Asking guests to dispose of their own trash?!? Should this not be done by the hotel staff? Lack of trash collection service in the old town is NOT AN EXCUSE. This is a hospitality establishment. So what's next? Should we clean the bathroom ourselves???

  Piacevolissimo soggiorno

  Posizione dell'alloggio ottimale, in pieno centro storico, accanto a piazza cisterna, ma molto tranquillo sia di giorno che di notte. Dotato di tutto, arredato con gusto, camera grande e con aria condizionata, cucina pratica ed affacciata sulla torre grossa. Molto comodo il salottino. Alloggio molto molto pulito. Soprattutto grande disponibilità dei proprietari, che hanno accolto noi due ed il nostro cagnolino con infinita gentilezza. Inoltre comodissimo il garage raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti.

  Fantastic location for a visit to San G. If knees in good working order.

  Loved the location, the ambience, the comfort of the apartment (kitchen, furniture, spacious bedroom, bathroom). Good information provided about the town and the property. Loved the heat pump in the bedroom as that enabled us to be warm enough in the apartment.

  The heating (apart from the bedroom heat pump) was externally controlled and we were cold a lot of the time unless we used lap blankets provided or sat in the bedroom with the heat pump on. We had read reviews about this so knew it was going to happen. We were in Sam G in a very cold spell where temps in the day were about 14 degrees C max so we would have had to leave the apartment and find somewhere else if we did not have the bedroom heating. That said, the apartment location was fantastic and we had a great visit. Our only other negative was the stairs. We had asked about stairs as my husband has very dodgy knees and were warned about stairs up into apartment BUT there were also stairs into bedroom, stairs into bathroom and stairs into kitchen. Young people without knee problems don’t realise the significance of our questions. The TV was old and not smart.
